SEAM Prize SoSe 2019
The participants of the Seminar of Economics and Management (SEAM) at Paderborn University are pleased to award the SEAM Prize for the best presentation in summer term 2019 to Dr. Marc Schröder and his presentation on “Price of Anarchy in Stochastic Atomic Congestion Games with Affine Costs”. It was a close decision between three speakers but Dr. Marc Schröder prevailed over the other two as he was able to explain his theoretical work to a mostly non-specialist audience in a lively presentation style where it was easy to follow and learn. He made especially clear what the concept of the price of anarchy, which is not commonly used in economics, is and why it is important. Congratulations to the first winner of the SEAM Prize!
