On May 30, 2023, Jaron H. Wilde (Tippie College Of Business) presented the paper "Hidden in Plain Sight: Havens and Captives" at the TRR 266/TAF Research Seminar.

Jaron H. Wilde is Associate Professor in Accounting as well as Director at the RSM Institute of Accounting Education and Research. Dr. Wilde received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

His contributions to the field of accounting have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the David and Lois Gardner Faculty Award for Mid-Career Excellence and two Gilbert P. Maynard Excellence in Accounting Instruction Awards from the esteemed Tippie College of Business.

He is a member of the American Accounting Association and the American Taxation Association. Dr. Wilde has published several research articles in renowned journals such as The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and the Journal of Accounting Research. He has also served as an editorial board member for The Accounting Review and as an editor for the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy.
